If the guests tries to
stay more days than the actual stay duration, the check out date turns
red indicating that the stay exceeded the actual stay. No problem arises
during the check out. But if you try to check out the guest before the
actual stay duration, the software displays the following message
Invalid CheckOut Date.
Therefore you have to modify the check out date while checking out. In
the Check Out form , modify the Check Out Date to current
date before checking out the guest.
