 Wakeup call

 


You can set the Wake up call time for the guest rooms. Setting the wake up call time will cause Call Accounting System to ring to guest phone at the next specified time. You can also manually set the day when to generate the ring. Thus, there are two ways of setting the wake up call time. 

  1. Automatic wake up call setting.

    Setting the wake up call through this way, causes the Call Accounting System to generate the ring to guest phone at the next specified time. Follow the steps below to set the wake up call time.

      1. Click on the occupied room from eZee FrontDesk main screen. The Check Out form gets displayed.

      2. In Call Info, check mark the option WC and set the wake up call time.

      3. Click on Update to save the wake up call time.

         

  2. Manually setting the wake up call date and time.

    Here you can manually set the date and time of the wake up call as well as you can view the active and cancelled wake up call times of the rest of the rooms. Follow the steps below to manually set the wake up call time.

      1. Right click on the occupied room from eZee FrontDesk main screen. A pop up menu is displayed. Click on the Wakeup Call menu. The Wakeup Call form gets displayed.

      2. Select the Date, time, Remark, room number/Name from All Rooms drop down list and click on Add. Note that the wake up call is added to the Active Calls list.
