 Adding Room Amenities

You can log in all the amenities available in your hotel rooms so that you can assign these amenities to the rooms while creating the rooms. You can even configure the room rates based on these amenities available in the room. These amenities can also be seen in FrontDesk operation on the right click of the room.
Follow the steps below to log in the amenities of the hotel rooms.

  1. From the Rooms menu, select the Room Amenities. The Room Amenities form gets displayed.

  2. Click on the Add. The Add Room Amenities form gets displayed.

  3. Enter the Room Amenities. It can be alpha numeric and should not exceed 35 characters. Remember characters such as #, �, �, % are not allowed.

  4. Click on OK to add the room amenities. Note that the amenities are added to the Room Amenities list.

  5. Repeat the steps 2 to 4 for adding more room amenities.

  6. Click OK to close the Room Amenities form.
