 Deciding the Display Options  
  The features available in the software keeps you aware of the facts such as
  • the rooms with either the amount balance above zero or the set balance
  • the rooms with the guest message
  • the number of days stayed as well the days left with to check out and
  • when the guest exceeds the maximum stay days.

But to enable these features you have to follow the steps given below.

  1. From the Miscellaneous menu, select the Rental And Display Options. The Rental and Display Options form gets displayed.
  2. Go to Display Option tab and check mark the Show Flash Max Stay option if you want to display this option in the Front Desk main screen. Click here for more information. Simply check marking this option will not flash the guest rooms of maximum stayed days. You have to check mark Flash Max Stay option in the Front Desk main screen to flash the rooms.
    Note: Remember that check marking this option will be effective in the Front Desk only if you check mark Flash Max Stay option in the main screen of Front Desk.
  3. Check mark the Show Flash Delinquent Rooms option if you want to flash those rooms whose amount balance is above zero or you can set your own amount. That is still payment is expected from those rooms. Simply check marking this option will not flash the rooms with the set balance. You have to check mark the Flash delinquent rooms option in the Front Desk main screen to flash the rooms.
    Note: Remember that check marking this option will be effective in the Front Desk only if you check mark Flash Max Stay option in the main screen of Front Desk.
  4. Check mark the Show Flash Guest Message option if you want to flash those rooms that contain the guest messages to be delivered. Simply check marking this option will not flash the rooms with guest messages. You have to check mark the Flash Guest Messages option in the Front Desk main screen to flash the rooms.
    Note: Remember that check marking this option will be effective in the Front Desk only if you check mark Flash Guest Message option in the main screen of Front Desk.
  5. By default whatever guest information you enter in the Check In or Room Reservation Information form, it will be logged in the capital letters. Note that the Capitalized Guest Information  option is checked. To have combination of small and capital letters, uncheck the Capitalized Guest Information option.
  6. Check mark the Show Express Check In Button option to display the express check in button in the Check In (Folio) form. This is one of the important feature provided by the software that enables the you to automatically check in the guest with the full payment.
    Note: Remember that check marking this option will be effective in the Check in form of Front Desk.
  7. Check mark the Show Swipe Card Reader option to display the swipe card reader button in the check in form and in the Amount form of Front Desk.
  8. Check mark the Show stay over with < and > option to display the number of days guest stayed in that room and number of days left more to check out. Simply check marking this option will not display the stay over. You have to check mark Flash stay over to display the stay over.
    Note: Remember that check marking this option will be effective in the Front Desk only if you check mark Flash stay over option in the main screen of Front Desk.
  9. Check mark the Show Delete & Update on Amount Paid, Other Charges if necessary. By default they are check marked.
  10. Check mark the Show Rent with Fractional Value if necessary. By default it is check marked.
  11. Select either Transparent option if you want the room labels to be transparent or Non-Transparent option if you want the room labels to be non transparent in the Front Desk.
    Note: Remember that selecting any one of the option will be effective only in the main screen of Front Desk.
  12. Click OK when you finish setting the option as per the requirement.
