What is the difference between Call Accounting system and Call Logging interface?
Call Accounting Software - It receives the information from PABX/Phone system and charge the call. Normally PABX/Phone System gives basic information like phone no dialed, duration of the call, extension from which the call was made etc. Call Accounting software reads this basic information and decide charge of the call.

Call Logging Interface - Call Logging interface sits between Call Accounting software and eZee FrontDesk. Call Accounting software gives call data in predefine format at predefined location. Call Logging interface read this data and post to eZee FrontDesk Guest Folio. So when you open Guest Folio in eZee FrontDesk, you can see details of all calls guest has made.
