I am not able to change date in eZee FrontDesk? eZee FrontDesk is not showing correct date when I try to check in a guest?
When you start eZee Configuration first time it starts with a configuration wizard. On very first step it asks user to enter the date from which they want to start software. This date defaults to 1st of current month. eZee FrontDesk maintains it’s own working date. We call it Software Date (You can find it in eZee FrontDesk at the bottom of the screen). This Software Date can be different than your Computer’s Date. All transaction you will perform will be performed on Software Date. In order to change this date you will need to perform Night Audit. Please click on eZee Logo on the left top of the screen, it will open a menu, please select Night Audit from this menu and run through it.
